Edward F. Gagain, President:  Ed has over 35 years of service in the insurance industry, including over 25 years of hands-on management experience with both large national carriers as well as medium sized regional carriers.  He has directed the technical claim handling process of personal and commercial claims ensuring compliance to accepted claim practices. Timothy K. Hartman, Executive VP:  TK began his career in 1980 with a large national carrier, and also has experience as a residential contractor.  His claims experience is concentrated in the residential and commercial property loss areas including wind, hail, fire, flood, and fraud investigations.  TK leads our Appraisal Department, is our Logistics Coordinator, is involved in our Third Party Administration services as well as our training service sector.  Send an email to TK

LeAnn Reilly, VP Finance & Systems:  LeAnn is experienced as an independent adjuster, office manager for an independent adjusting firm, and has been involved in the start-up and management of TPA services.  LeAnn leads our Accounting and IT/Systems Departments and oversees workflow and quality control.  Send an email to LeAnn

Fred Evanoff, Claims Manager:  Fred has more than 23 years of Florida residential and commercial claims experience with national and regional carriers, and has exceptional coverage interpretation and adjusting skills.  Fred is also skilled in the reinspection area and spent several years with the Florida JUA directing TPA firms and conducting claim audits.  He directed the handling of over 82,000 Wilma claims, and is our point person for CAT related activity.  Fred is in charge of our daily claims operations including file review, diary control, and adjuster work product.  Send an email to Fred

Michelle Spreadbury, Office Manager:  Michelle has 10 years of office management experience.  She serves as our Office manager and heads up our Human Resources Department.  She maintains adjuster licensing and continuing education for our staff and independent adjusters.  Michelle serves as our liaison between the administrative staff and professional staff to ensure quality work flow.  She also maintains our claim logs and our diary system.  Send an email to Michelle
